Description
We grow sweet peas every year. Why? For their flowers. They are stunning and fragrant as well as excellent for cut flowers. There is nothing that compares to a vase filled with sweet peas. We like to plant them near our sitting areas in the yard. Lovely scent and a real conversation starter. Friends are so honored to take some home to display in their flower arrangements. We always assist this variety of sweet pea with elevating the plant. A trellis, a fence, or a tomato cage, be creative. Any thing that the vine can climb can turn into an extraordinary display. An old-fashioned flower, the Old Spice Mix sweet pea is a small-flowered heirloom variety in bright solid and striped colors, whose scent is quite heavenly. Bees, butterflies and birds are very attracted to this variety. Old Spice tolerates warmer climates, and has a high tolerance for heat! They grow just as well where temperatures stay cooler in the fall and spring. But if the temperature rises, they tolerate it so well. In milder areas sow during October or November. : A clear zip locked WHAT YOU WILL RECIEVE: A clear zip locked resealable bag clearly labeled with seed type of the fresh quality seed that will yield, when planted, the beautiful plant as described.
